I’m Casey Halbach, founder of Intentional Talent Solutions. I partner directly with leaders and organizations navigating growth, change, and complexity — helping them design people strategies that fit their reality and the season they’re in.


My experience spans domestic and global environments, where I’ve led and advised across a wide range of people and organizational challenges. I bring executive perspective, deep people expertise, and a holistic approach to help clients make thoughtful decisions that support both performance and sustainability.


Through fractional executive leadership, human capital advisory, global talent acquisition, and coaching, I work with clients across professional and personal seasons of change — meeting them where they are and helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.


I’m also a member of the Forbes Business Council, where I contribute thought leadership on people strategy, leadership, and navigating growth through change.

I serve as a Fractional Chief People Officer (CPO) and People Advisor for organizations that need senior-level people leadership — without committing to a full-time role before the timing is right.


This model allows startups, growing companies, and venture-backed organizations to access experienced people strategy exactly when and where it’s needed — whether that’s for a defined project, a period of growth or transition, or ongoing advisory support.


Depending on the season, I may be embedded day-to-day or engaged as a strategic partner. In either case, my focus is the same: helping organizations design, scale, and lead their people function with intention — aligning talent, culture, structure, and performance to what the business needs now and what it’s growing toward.
